| This adult Eastern Garter Snake was photographed by this scribe outside my back door in Jacksonville, Duval County, Florida on January 7, 2007. The specimen appeared to be more than a little curious about the photographer and seemed content to just observe and enjoy the unseasonably warm weather. Interestingly, the little fellow had only one eye. |
