| This fuzzy 35 mm. specimen was photographed on the bark of an Oak Tree in southeastern Duval County, Florida on 10/25/2004. Affectionately known as "the moth from outer space" to those who were involved in the identification, the specimen is believed to have just emerged from a cocoon which is partially visible in the lower right hand portion of the image. |
