Evans Reindeer Lichen - Cladina evansii

     This Evans Reindeer Lichen, also commonly called "Powder Puff Lichen," "Deer Moss,"  among other names, was photographed in a scrub area within the Camp Blanding Training Area in far southwestern Clay County, Florida on 2/29/2016. The lichen is extremely common at this location.
