| The lines on the map below show the drainage system where Pomacea diffusa have been found. The water in the drainage system flows generally from north to south (map top to bottom). Note the Pomacea diffusa find shown on the bottom right of the map in yellow. By default, this find was believed to be related to the illustrated 2006-2016 known population (illustrated in yellow). However, with the discovery of the second population in 2017 that theory seems less likely. |
