    Flood plain of Little Black Creek, County Road 220 0.2 miles NW of Knight Boxx Road, Clay County, Florida, June-July, 2021. A majority of the specimens were found in trees as high at ten feet above the ground. The species routinely climbs trees during  periods of prolonged heavy rain to escape possible drowning by rising water in their habitat.
