Euglandina rosea (Férussac, 1821) Rosy Wolfsnail - Large Specimen

    Empty shell in the roadside swale on the west side of US-1 about 3.1 miles northwest of International Golf Parkway, St. Johns County, Florida, 8/30/2018 (60.0 mm.). When the specimen was cleaned, the partially digested/dissolved remains of a Daedalochila auriculata (Say, 1818) Ocala Liptooth was found inside (see inset, above).
