Bulimulus sporadicus (d’Orbigny, 1835)

    Under vegetation and man made debris in the general area of Marble Masters, 7621 North Main Street, Jacksonville, Duval County, Florida, 12/26/2011. The damaged empty shell pictured above measured 25 mm., and had it been intact, would have been the largest specimen found thus far. This population was discovered by Dennis and Teggy Frank on 11/5/2011.
