Mesodon thyroidus (Say, 1817) White-lip Globe Up A Tree

    On tree about six feet above ground on the south side of Joe Johns Road near the flood plain of Little Black Creek, County Road 220 0.2 miles NW of Knight Boxx Road, Clay County, Florida, 9/29/2021. During the 9/29/2021 trip a total of 20 live Mesodon were found - 18 of which were in trees. An additional 12 empty adult Mesodon shells were also found.
