| This snail is pictured on page 267 of Reef Creature Identification Tropical Pacific (Paul Humann and Ned DeLoach, 2010) and identified as Heliacus variegatus (Variegated Sundial). However, shell/live animal review indicates that the snail is in the family Trochoidea vice Architectonicidae. |
