Euglandina rosea (Férussac, 1821) Mating In Situ

    In the roadside swale on the west side of US-1 about 3.4 miles northwest of International Golf Parkway, St. Johns County, Florida 10/24/2021. The bottom image shows the amorous duo. The one specimen was recently tagged with red nail polish in order to track its movement through the habitat. A total of 19 live Euglandina (three previously tagged) were found during the 10/29/2021 trip.
