Euglandina rosea (Férussac, 1821) Rosy Wolfsnail In Situ

    In the roadside swale on the west side of US-1 about 3.4 miles northwest of International Golf Parkway, St. Johns County, Florida 11/4/2021. A total of 24 live Euglandina were found during the 11/4/2021 trip with the largest measuring 72.9 mm. One of the five specimens pictured above had previously been tagged with red nail polish in order to monitor its movements through the habitat.
