Euglandina rosea (Férussac, 1821) Rosy Wolfsnail - Large Specimen

    Found mating in the roadside swale on the west side of US-1 about 3.3 miles northwest of International Golf Parkway, St. Johns County, Florida 3/10/2021 (73.6 mm.). After being taken into captivity, the Euglandina was presented with some live Drymaeus dormani (W. G. Binney, 1857) Manatee Treesnail and within minutes had devoured the group.
