Amongst vegetation in the roadside swale along the west side of US-1 about 3.1 miles northwest of International Golf Parkway, St. Johns County, Florida 1/19/2019. It appears that the one specimen in the past survived a predator attack which ultimately resulted in the snail producing a somewhat bizarre shell.
