Euglandina rosea (Férussac, 1821) Mating In Situ

    Found in the roadside swale on the west side of US-1 about 3.2 miles northwest of International Golf Parkway, St. Johns County, Florida 2/10/2021. The white/light colored specimen measured 57.2 mm. and when dissected, was found to have a single adult Polygyra septemvolva Say, 1818 [Florida Flatcoil] in its gut.
